(September 2004)
In September 2004 a questionnaire
on education on human resources and training was handled. A task
force from Canada, Chile, Spain and Paraguay coordinated this survey.
A preliminary report stating the results of this
survey was presented at the Fourth Meeting of the Executive Committee.
This presentation informed about the current training programs existing
at national and international levels.
